Blooming Corn Plant Chronicles, Day 6

Today’s pictures have been taken much earlier in the day as you can see by the way the light is shining through the window onto the plant.

As usual, here is yesterdays pic.

And todays pic.  It has grown about an inch and a half just over night and maybe even a little more.  When I measure it, I just lay the measuring tape along the top of the stalk, but as you can see in this photo the stalk has made a couple of slight curves over night.

And here are yesterdays top view.

And of course, todays.

And finally, a decent close up!  Go ahead and click on the picture, you’ll be able to see it at full size and pick up the detail of the colouring.  If you look really closely you’ll see what looks like a drop of water, that’s some of the sap that this plant creates.  There is so much of it that it will drip.

I’ll take my pictures for tomorrow around 5 pm as usual and get back on track.
